Deanne Norris (Receptionist)
De joined Ark in November 1999 and alongside the vet, runs our branch surgery at Chilwell as Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist.
She also has over 25 years experience in dog training and behaviour and has been running our puppy classes since 2004.
De is a ‘Good Citizen Dog Scheme’ Assessor.
She has 5 dogs (all rescued), plus numerous members of her furry, feathered and fishy family!
Her interests include spending time with her husband Mike and riding their motorbikes. She also enjoys a good get-together with her close friends and she is well known for raising money for charity in unusual ways, like climbing live volcanoes and walking across hot coals!!
She has Italian roots and loves anything to do with Italy.
